To provide customers with safer and better products and services and to improve our own mechanical equipment operation and maintenance, Mak Kee received product training at our Hong Kong warehouse. Steven Pratt, Verton's General Manager of Commercial Services, led the training, which included EVEREST SpinPod 7.5 product maintenance, system updates and operator training.

Steven carried out detailed product maintenance and software upgrades for each SpinPod 7.5 in Mak Kee's warehouse. On site, Mak Kee staff and Steven not only had face-to-face communication and discussion, but also learnt the operation method of the equipment and completed the product testing of SpinPod 7.5 in the operation practice.

The training has effectively improved the standardised operation of Mak Kee's staff and enhanced the overall quality of the warehouse team to complete their work in a safer and more orderly manner, enabling us to supply this heavy equipment to our customers with greater confidence.
