Shopping process description

In order to avoid affecting product inventory and avoiding accounting errors, please forgive us that we can no longer “modify" or “add additional" or “combine" the order for you.
Customers can choose to pay by PayPal or bank transfer.
Local shipping and delivery
Order amount of HK$2000 or above (after discount), enjoy free shipping.
The order amount is below HK$2,000 (after discount), and a shipping fee of HK$300 is required.
Customers may choose to pick up the goods at our warehouse by themselves, or street cars at their own expense.
Company delivery/street cars.
There is no delivery service in outlying islands and designated areas, including but not limited to: Big Wave Bay, Lo Wu, Tai O, Siu Ho Wan, Po Toi Island
After confirming that the payment is successful, under normal circumstances, the delivery service will be delivered to the delivery address within 5-6 working days.
Monday to Friday 9 am to 6 pm
Closed on Saturdays, Sundays and labor holidays
In the event of a typhoon signal No. 8 or above or a black rainstorm warning, the delivery service on the same day and the next day may be delayed or cancelled. The company will contact the customer to make arrangements.
Use the smart cabinet service. If the smart cabinet is full, the delivery staff may contact you to arrange a smart cabinet in the same segment to speed up the delivery efficiency.
When receiving the goods, the customer must check whether the ordered goods are damaged. If the goods are found to be damaged, please indicate the problem with the goods on the receipt and immediately notify firstname.lastname@example.org
Do not use a post office box as a delivery address.
Each order can only be sent to one address. If you want to deliver goods to different addresses, please place orders separately according to different addresses.
