"Talent Port" Event

the Hong Kong Construction Industry "Talent Port" Joint Industry Promotion and Recruitment Event was successfully held at the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (Guangdong) Talent Port. This event, organized by the HKSAR Government Development Bureau, Guangdong Provincial Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, Guangdong Provincial Education Bureau, and Guangdong Provincial Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, was hosted by the Hong Kong Construction Industry Council (HKCIC) and the Guangdong Provincial Talent Service Bureau (GDTSB). The initiative aimed to deepen talent cooperation between Mainland China and Hong Kong, promote development opportunities in the Bay Area's construction industry, and facilitate talent integration and exchange between Guangdong and Hong Kong.
Mak Kee International actively participated in this significant event, marking the first large-scale delegation from the Hong Kong construction industry to Guangdong. Mr. Lam, Chairman of Mak Kee International Hong Kong Limited and Chairman of the Hong Kong Professional Hoisting Engineering Association, led a group of association members to the job fair, underscoring the company's commitment to talent development and industry advancement.
Statistics indicate that over 50 Hong Kong organizations participated in the event, offering more than 600 quality job opportunities and attracting over 2,600 applications from students and faculty across 21 overseas institutions, 103 out-of-province universities, 81 provincial colleges, and technical construction colleges.
Mak Kee looks forward to strengthening its connections with Guangdong and Hong Kong through this event and jointly promoting the sustainable development of the construction industry.
